Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, surname, email address, phone number and the details of your query. We do not collect payment information or any special personal information through this site.
2. Why we collect it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry (including routing it to the certified fitment centre nearest to you) and, where you request a quote, to prepare that quote. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing without your separate, explicit consent.
3. Who we share it with
Enquiries may be shared with the STEK-certified fitment centre relevant to your request so they can contact you directly. We never sell your information, and we do not share it with any other third party unless required by law.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or you have become a customer.
5. Your rights under POPIA
You may at any time request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to further processing. 6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access and unlawful processing.
